Hi there!
Please would you help us compile research into how society and individuals would react under the extraordinary circumstances of 'Disclosure'. we had a tremendous response from our members to the recent 'How many OM members have seen a UFO' - Kudos everyone! Now let's take this one step further...
OK - Let's assume Disclosure Day is upon us!
UFO sightings have gone through the roof over the last 18 months - we saw the wave begin right here on OMF, with the 'SERPO' disclosures leading the way to new paradigms and thinking 'out of the box'. Since then, UFO reports and Disclosure initiatives have snowballed to the incredible and most significant 'show' and rise in profile wrt UFO awareness / consciousness in Human history - never before witnessed.
UFO's are at an all-time 'high' in the MS media:
Only a few days ago - a major report from the UK. Police heli-pilots involved (and presumably visually recorded!) in a 'near miss' with a UFO. - Click for - BBC REPORT.
OMF predicted these kind of events over a year ago - based on the 'significant' wheat extracted from the 'plausible deniable 'chaff' coming from our various and highly credible International sources / intel networks / consultants.
Undoubtedly we really ARE witnessing major Disclosure related events leading to 'D-Day' - the undeniable proof of a well planned and thousands of years old co-ordinated final 'Show'. The biggest leap in Human evolution - since our genes were originally programmed by our Handlers / Creators.
But will we be emerging from our terrestrial / material consciousness to face a Wonderful and Prosperous new dawn for Earth? Or entering our worst nightmare?
Can we handle the 'Truth'? Are we ready? Are YOU?!

You need a option for 'go about business as usual' on your poll. THat's basically me.
I'm not going to be doing much of anything special.
Except maybe break out a lawn chair, peanutbutter & jelly sandwiches, ice tea, and plant myself on my lawn to watch and see if my neighbors get silly. Smirk. Actually I'd probably end up with alot of the neighbors swarming my house for answers to questions considering my reputation for researching unusual topics. Guess everyone at OM and the other exopolitics/ufology places might need to be prepared for that. Chances are you might not have much time to be online if the neighborhood has any clue you are involved in this work.

Log onto OMF and buy a plane ticket to New Zealand ASAP. Time to get away from said UFOs as much as possible...!

I think doing absolutely nothing is the ticket. I would simply sit back and mentally ask "them" what I could do to help. This event will happen!! Don't think for one minute, this is not a true reality, but it doesn't even remotely frighten me. I don't think I have anything to be frightened of. What will happen - will happen!!

people cant go any crazier than they do, at say concerts fainting for michael jackson or robbie williams or when people loose loved ones under bad circumstances,
in iraq people loose their whole family, 10 or 11 members in one swoop, their cant be much worse hysteria than that.

None of the options fit with what my reaction would be.
I would monitor what was happening and then decide what to do. when they show themselves it would be an open act of war. the invisible war would be over. they would think they have taken over the planet sufficiently for them to openly control the planet. they would assume the humans would run around like a chicken with its head cut off with no idea what to do.

It is something you really have to sit down and think about. The implications are enormous for every man, woman and child on the planet and our lives will never be the same again. It is both scary and exciting at the same time but I guess after the initial excitement dies down what happens then.
I dont ever see it happening deliberately unless it is forced on the powers that be...too many lies to untell, too many reputations to shred and too much chance of people throwing their hands up and saying WTF and the planet grinding to a halt.
Extremely interesting to see other opinions though.

It's really naive to think there will be a "disclosure day". You guys sound like that jerk from Cornell, Carl Sagan, who thinks you can put up some radio telescopes and find Aliens. Like some others here, I miss relevant options for me in this poll. I wouldn't even regard such an event very astounding compared to what otherwise happens om this earth. Aliens/UFOs I fear less than almost anything else on this earth. They would just be welcome and I return to my business as usual. But of course it must depend on how they acted and what they told us. They must have been here since very long - and they showing up officially may not change the state of things very much. If they come, I think they mainly intend warning us - regarding things we never had thought of or taken sufficiently seriously.

I am with Cyrillus My neighbors know I know about these things, Ive have given them plenty to think about in the past and told them this was coming soon. I didnt have anywhere to hide. Ive tried to prepare as many around me as I could even here at the OM. I have been preparing my self over the last 50 yrs. I was getting ready for this in 2000 but nothing happened then, now you got the 2012 thing. Now you can be assured something is going to happen. Our past has made it clear to us to prepare for the comming events , but have we ? The visitors have been preparing us for a long time. They have removed manny thousands of us to other worlds. they still want to remove manny thousands of us if we want to go. So if you want to leave and come back after its all over and help start all over again so be it. Go for it. I dont think you will need a car with wheels on it or being hooked up to a power grid or worry about the price of gas when you do come back.

My daughter says the "sacucer men" are us. Coming back from the future, to monitor us and guide us, so they will exist in the future. Makes sense doesnt it?
Whats to panic? These things have been flying around for decades (or much more) If the intent was to hurt us, they have had their chances, when we were a healthier, wealthier world. We have used up most of our resources, had a cleaner atmosphere and would have presented a more pristine target in years past.
I would hope their coming would change the way that our leaders look at our world, give us scientific knowledge to change our way of burning up our natural resources, polluting our atmosphere, and shooting at everything that moved.
