Have you seen a lot of meteor activity in the past few weeks?

Not a single one. Have you?

No, but I'm not outside at night very often lately. August is our best month for meteoric events.

I'm not spending a lot of time outside either, since they moved 2 registered sex offenders across the street from me, next door to each other. I'm sleeping with my pepper spray lately and locked doors.

Missd, you live in Texas, not Vermont. Some brands of pepper spray are more effective than others. Smith & Wesson makes a good one, as do Colt and Sig-Sauer........ ;)

What a shame that people should be put in a position wherein they cannot safely enjoy being in or working in their own yard. I am a strong advocate of the right to own personal firearms for self-defense. I like the Texas law that allows any citizen to have a loaded weapon in their motor vehicle. Here in Oklahoma we have to get a permit to pack. It gives the criminal element much to consider before attempting to practice their bad habits and evil ways. A firearm won't protect you from E.T. in an encounter, but it's unfortunately your fellow humans that one needs be concerned about anyway. We have much learning and growing to do as a species.

Funny that you said that, because I'm starting shooting lessons next week and then I will make a little purchase. Until then 5 dogs, a baseball bat, and that pepper spray will have to do.

I have a 70 pound pit bull that backs me up should my weapons skills fail me. I go to the gun range and practice regularly. I pack a Tauris PT-1911 .45 these days. I recommend nothing smaller than a 9 mm for self-defense.

My sighting in UK 12th Jan followed by a daylight white sphere on the Monday at 3.45.
20 mins later in Shrewsbury (50 miles away ) we have military Jets causing sonic booms and a story that does not tally with eyewitness accounts. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/shropshire/7188024.stm and then 3 days later we had the 777 crash at Heathrow "The pilot said, according to the worker, that the plane's electronics had failed and that he was forced to glide it to" http://www.cnn.com/2008/WORLD/europe/01/17/heathrow.incident/index.html

Was this a sort of "if you do this to us we will do this to you."

The 777 fleet is still flying. There has been no word on the cause of this crash. This IS NOT the way the aviation industry works when they have an unknown problem with a plane.

Sorry, this is not true. I'm speaking as a retired employee of BA Engineering (retired 18 months ago.) I know most of the guys who were involved with the recovery process of the 777, and who would have been involved in the investigation. I can't offer any "inside information" [not that I would have been comfortable doing so anyway, even if I were in a position to do so.]

What I'm saying is not true, is that it is not normal procedure to ground entire fleets of aircraft types, following accidents such as this. It is also not unusual for final reports not to be made public after this length of time. This is still being investigated.

I'm sure this is a very complicated investigation, involving both Boeing and Rolls Royce, [the engine manufacturers.]

The initial report can be read here on the BBC website.

A follow-up report [in pdf format] can be read here.

The final paragraph of the latest report from the AAIB reads as follows:

Continuing investigation
Investigations are now underway in an attempt to
replicate the damage seen to the engine high pressure
fuel pumps, and to match this to the data recorded on the
accident flight. In addition, comprehensive examination
and analysis is to be conducted on the entire aircraft and
engine fuel system; including the modelling of fuel flows
taking account of the environmental and aerodynamic
effects.

The final report will be published when that investigation is complete, although there may be some more interim reports appearing in the meantime.

I posted this at the UN thread. Ed

Dan I think part of the problem you are having and others like you is that you don't have boots on the ground. Some of us do.

http://www.opednews.com/articles/opedne_ed_komar_080424_are_ethical_ets_figh.htm

For instance since I published this piece yesterday I have contacted Franklin Fields and Jeff Adams both who have contactee friends and both contactees are confirming what I have to say here. Altogether we have 6-7 confirming sources of information saying the same thing that the ETs are now at war.

We believe the ethical ETs have decided to disclose because the shadow government has failed to do so. My guess is that the unethical predatory ETs are losing the battle for covert infiltration into our society as we catch on to the game and are trying to shore up their position by bringing in reinforcements from space. Lucky for us it seems the ethical ETs are in the winning position.

If you are just a analyst behind a computer without good intelligence roots you are not going to be able to keep up and you won't believe what you are hearing from the field. A good analyst needs a good working relationship with intelligence agents in the field and also much field experience too.

As far as the motives behind these ethical ETs fighting for our freedom, well you just have to get to know them. :) Many of the contactees we are now working with have got to know them over many years. The ones most interested in us are not that far advanced else why would they be interested and fighting on our behalf or against us?

Sure they live to be 800 years old and older but it won't be long before we figure out the aging process ourself etc. etc.

If you had good intelligence field network you would not be saying the things you do.

As far as a question as to how much time we have. Ready or not here they come. :) We don't have any time, disclosure is upon us. And I am willing to bet source A does not know any better than we do.

Many of us have spent years getting prepared even lifetimes of preparation. I for instance have spent years working up my blog as a briefing that anybody anytime can access over the Internet. I believe I am accurately providing a rough outline of the current situation so that others can build upon what I have learned and can move things forward rapidly.

Open Minds is the best platform for gathering, analysis and distribution to the public that I have found on the net. The people here are high caliber and catch on fast. I have high hopes for OM. I like the team approach of people working together in a network with not one or more people trying to autocraticly control the organization. The people here are also activist and that is very important because we don't have time for other approaches.

Ed,

I have to say that I admire your tenacity in bringing your perspective to the forefront through the use of MSM, these forums and through the use of various other outlets. Your point of view is certainly controversial. The same is true of anyone's perspective when it is concerning secret military projects, UFOs, EBEs, alien contact (physical & metaphysical), etc, etc. As was stated, this forum has the strength of uniting many minds to further understanding on all levels through the use of our differences and similarities.

Eric (uforeality),

You, like Ed have chosen the path of persistence to bring your investigative studies and perspective into the limelight. For that, I commend you. Well done!

Ed,

I have been particularly curious about the bit of video that you put on YouTube a little while back that featured a "delta". Do you have the raw video of that, stripped of graphic overlays and music? I must say that I was caught by surprise at I watched it. I know you and your contactee compatriots are quite sincere in your beliefs, but video proof sure does change the playing field a bit.

Kudos to all at OM, particularly those who are contributing to the OMEFT, OMRT and all who are partaking in the overall investigation into this fascinating world of Ufology. I am proud to be a part of this group.

About disclosure - I just returned from DC where that was everyones focus for the entire weekend. Some spoke of it as if it were a one day event. In the dark one minute, in the light the next. It's often presented as something that the future holds, something in the distance. A goal to push toward.

While I agree - the government sharing it's X-Files isn't something I'll hold my breath for just yet, disclosure is happening right now. Right here. This very second.
In Texas, Arizona, Mexico, England, New Jersey .... to folks just like you and I. Now that we possess the technology, not just to capture the "Kodak moment" but to share it instantly with the world, "they're" ready for their close up.

We are actively participating in what's unfolding. Whatever you do, don't blink. Few chapters in human history will be this thrilling to read.

OK, I've created a 'war in space' thread in the Exopolitics Board where that topic can be discussed, as it's not really 'on topic' here. ;)

I am thinking we could use a Southeastern United States thread similar to what you Texans have and even have OM divide up the US in sections. This Texas thread is the only one I have found where there can be a comprehensive discussion of what is going on in a region.

I do have the raw footage and more of that latest video and am waiting for OM to put together a team so that I can send it to somebody for further analysis.

Again I am suggesting a Image Analysis Thread that would be separate from the Texas thread also with somebody competent running it like Suspecio runs the UN Secret meeting thread.

I think the Space War thread is a good idea also.

So sorry for the intrusions into Texan territory. :)
