Think about it................A shuttle only holds 8 people max. How many would it take to get 300 astronauts into space? Why would we need to? Happy researching!

If this manual is the real deal, then why would the OMF site still be functioning now? One of the "Black Services" who guard the flame would probably have hacked in to damage the data or the OMF site itself to stop the release of a classified document.
Free - Given that the SOM 1-01 has been in the public domain since 1994, it seem unikely that any group or organisation would initiate a 'covert action' against OMF for the release of this alternate version.

Milton William Cooper (58) was shot and killed by deputies of the Apache County (Arizona) Sheriff's Office while they were attempting to serve an arrest warrant for aggravated assault and endangerment on Nov. 5, 2001. I won't go into any further details, since the reader can find more information on the web - and some of it is even RIGHT!!! His death on "unrelated" charges is most interesting to me. Were those charges just a way to shut him up and discredit him at the same time? Did the sheriff's office go to his home that evening with the intent of getting their man dead and not alive? While I don't have any proof about this, it does stir my imagination.
There are two things to keep in mind while reading this that will help you absorb the information inside his book.
1) This book was published in 1991. You'll understand the significance of that date as he accurately predicts events that have come to pass!
2) Disregard all of the instances where he talks about "alien" U.F.O.'s, moon bases, and other extraterrestrial issues. He later said that all such documents he saw while in Naval Intelligence on those issues were false information to mislead the reader.

It covers an Oklahoma law that requires residents of that state to declare to the tax collector every piece of property that they own! A good way for the government to know what you own - especially guns!
9) ANATOMY OF AN ALLIANCE
A discussion about population control and various attempts to decrease the world's population. On page 168 he reveals the origins of AIDS (H.B. 15090) and how it was spread by vaccine. How international wars are created for population control.
10) LESSONS FROM LITHUANIA
A short (two page) but excellent article by Neal Knox on gun control.
11) COUP DE GRACE
A transcript of a conversation between Bill and Randall Terpstra, who was a radioman and crypto operator in the U.S. Navy. They discuss how Nixon was forced to resign by the U.S. military, U.F.O.'s, "Operation Majority," and so on.
12) THE SECRET GOVERNMENT
He discusses a lot about aliens and U.F.O.'s in this chapter. On page 215 he reveals the truth about the assassination of J.F.K. How Prozac is used along with hypnosis and mind control techniques to motivate people to commit mass shootings in order to disarm the public.

There is some who would say that Bill is a right wing gun waving nutcase like one reviewer below. But I just think he/she/it is a liberal dupe. There is also lots and I mean lots of conservative dupes. I'd say Bill is eccentric and some of this book is blather. To dismiss it on the whole because of a couple of space cadet ramblings would be wrong. There is concrete proof that there is a cabal of men in high places mainly the international bankers who are bent on world control and domination. Their arm is the unconstitutional private bank the Federal Reserve who has a strangle hold on the econmy and can cause recessions and depressions with edicts. Do your homework and you'll see the crash of 29' was no accident. The IRS is also illegal so is the income tax which is used to pay the interest on the debt to the international bankers. Now I don't know about the Illuminati or Skull and Bones stuff but it is a big possibilty that their connected. This book covers it all. Not for establishment liberals or conservatives who wish to believe whats on the surface. This is for people like me who want to dig where the dirt, slime and worms are. As for Bill's death its up in the air there is a possibilty that the cops shot him because he shot first. Theres also the other that the authorites shot him as a undesirable and some say the court records concur with this. I rarely post here, but read often. But I must call total BS on Source -A's story about the missle retrieval. I was in Cheyenne Mountain for almost all of the 1980's and believe me, we tracked everything and knew exactly where it was going. We would never in a million years send a Lt. and two marines to retrieve anything. There are special teams sent in to do this stuff and 90% of the time, it is USAF. His story has zero credibility with me. If something were to go off course and land in Area-51, there would be no issue with retrieveing it.
Dear OMF,
For the sake of transparency and for the sake of an honest accounting by our source, we asked him to help define as best as possible the contentious debate revolving the missile test. This has raised many "Red flags" with people who are trying to wrap their brains around how our source ended up being detained in the Area 51 facility. We forwarded Exusafintel's post out of respect for his service in the military and especially his stint at NORAD. Despite all that our source has told us, we understand that he cannot divulge certain details of this event. Obviously, this would not only compromise himself, it would be a violation of his National Security oath as an active officer in the United States Navy.
We have asked our source on a few occasions if he has told us everything of what each event or program entails. He has said,:

Here is how I think you should respond... and you can say that you consulted with source A and this is my response.......
....Much, much detail was omitted, eliminated, or just plain changed, as well as, some elements of the sequence of events so as to stay within the limit of the security oath. Other elements were smoothed over so as to make for a flowing story unburdened by procedural detail. Some things will stay vague, even at this time, over 20 years later. THIS WAS A NAVY test, not a Joint Exercise. The test involved no warhead but a dummy weight load, testing guidance systems and flight hardware only, involving the now deployed {but at that time, experimental} Cruise missile. The US Air Force was in the loop for the first phase as required for air defense operations and traffic clearance, but, that is all. NORAD lost contact after the missiles passed over the first mountain range due to the flight profile. This WAS EXPECTED and at that point, NORAD and the Air Force were no longer involved. The Test Range was heavily instrumented due to the nature of the test. Tracking continued until the first of two failures. Two recovery teams were dispatched. I was part of recovery team one. Each team consisted of one helicopter and three ground vehicles consisting of 3 people each. We had assigned sectors to look at and search. Due to other circumstances, my team left the assigned sector and in fact we thought we were following the correct signals which later proved false. Sometimes, the right hand fails to tell the left hand what it is doing, even after, and in this case, a long time after, the event. If you have doubt of this, go examine the "Broken Arrow"events of the past. The Navy has it's fair share of "...left turns that should have been straight" but the Air Force is loaded with them also. Try Minot AFB and the recent "Nukes" abroad a B-52. Now, what was THAT all about ????

*Note: The reference from Source A concerning the Minot nuke debacle was not read at OMF. Cy had posted this discrepancy concerning the nukes yesterday. Kudos, Cy. Our source gleaned the Air Force nuke fiasco on his own.
This is a HOAX or part of a "disinfo" campaign. Anyone who has had a security clearance before and who is familiar with security clearances know that NO Navy either enlisted or an officer would ever release info pertaining to such a delicate and highly guarded subject. Source "A" in my opinion is either fictitious or a disinfo agent from the Dept. of Defense. This is such a joke I cannot believe that people actually believe that source "A"is actually who he says he is. Obviously this has been hoaxed to perpetuate an objective by the Pickering Brothers. The Navy would never allow this "leak" and why would they tell to a couple of UFO conspiracy writers??? Who would later publish him on a national internet site ......Come on people.

My brother and I are not "conspiracy writers." Yes, we look at conspiracies which is natural when trying to find the truth. The history taught in schools is incomplete and does not delve with the machinations of political intrigue. This academic view of history is indeed the "alternative drivel" that is fed to the masses in order to keep them in a complete state of ignorance on how things really work.
My brother and I have not made one red-cent on the release of this information, nor have we pursued any monetary compensation. We like the folks here at OMF know that there are many levels to the onion and it is up to us to find those nuggets of truth. In fact, our source's information has caused us a lot of sleepless nights, the loss of so-called friends, anxiety, money, and if I not careful, my job because of all the light shed on us with researchers coming and going. To think that this is all a "hoax" goes beyond the pale.

Luxor's posts remind us of that deep sea of doubt in which we tread. I might suggest luxor take a look back through the entirety of these U.N. threads as he further considers the reality of this dynamic.
P.S. Luxor, for your info., this site is not only a 'national' internet site, it is indeed truly 'international' in nature. Some might even contend its boundaries extend out beyond even the latter limitation....

As time passes this will fade away and the truth will stand as this is a classic case of disinfo. There is no solid evidence in this case just stories from a "source A "?? Back up the claims with another source or it will never hold water. This bs just gives skeptics more fuel and ultimately more influence over the populous.

Hello everyone, would like to see one or two photographs of 3000 photographs that supposed to exist somewhere in somebody's back pocket. Taken on the planet not on this planet I could analyze them in my computer and tell you if they're real or not since I did photography for the military I can look at an aerial photograph and tell you how high the plane was what direction it was flying, and more advanced disk with me no software in the computer. I don't why I can't see one photograph or two taken on the planet. All I know somebody in code and with some phony pictures? Don't know why somebody is sick in a brain to do that. We won't even go there I like to see one or two photographs. If you don't have photographs the story don't exist same as area 51 exist but the Air Force don't exist! The Russians have even proved that area 51 exist they get photographs taken from satellite but the Air Force don't exist is a myth. Have a nice day.

Fellas, let's not argue. Or at least when we argue, let's avoid the simplistic approach so common in politics today... e.g. flashpoint phrases like 'bs'.... you might convince Joe the Plumber with that language, but it ain't happenin' with this crowd.
Source A represents a situation where the protagonist cannot simply produce loads of 'tangible' evidence ... it crosses the line. He has authorized the release of his SOM copy though... I guess that is insufficient for you?

There is a question of whether our source's SOM1-01 cover is the same as the 1994 version. We asked our source this and he was completely puzzled. He said that he copied his manual front to back. This means the cover. We called Dr. Wood and have asked him to do a cursory analysis on our source's SOM1-01 versus the the 1994 SOM1-01. We believe our version is not a copy of the 35mm version, but a copy of the same generation manual as the 35mm type - i.e., the manual produced in 1954. Below is Dr. Wood's reply for now:

I tried to find a 9-inch high photo quality copy, but the best I could do was this attached copy of a scanned copy of the photo enlargement. Still way better than what you got.
If all the manuals had the same kind of fastener, they might well have been assembled very consistently. Because of the resolution quality on your source's copy, I can't say for sure much of anything. They could easily be copies of two totally different manuals, or could be copies of the exact same manual. But in any case, in my opinion the cover was NOT changed one iota from the one printed in 1954.
I have not edited the scan, but you could and change the contrast etc.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:
We have discovered some new and potentially important information regarding the recently released "alternate SOM 1-01" documents.
Following publication of the article and PDF file, I decided to spend some additional time on a comparative analysis using three sources:
1 - The original photos received by Don Berliner 2 - The 'Alternate SOM 1-01' 3 - One of Dr Wood's Replicas (Rev 6: 3/5/95) from Linda Moulton Howe's book. (Glimpses of other Realities, vol 2: High Strangeness.)
I have noticed that the cover page of Source A's "alternate version" contains a 'noise pattern' which is almost identical to the one reproduced on page 357 of Linda's book. This image could only be a photocopy of Berliner's 1994 photos, with the 'noise pattern' almost certainly introduced during copying.
I contacted Linda who kindly confirmed that the image was indeed taken from the Berliner photos. Obviously this is vastly at odds with the testimony from Source A in which he claims to have copied the document in the early 1980's.
Additionally there are anomalies with the reference page supplied by Source A. As I noted in the article under "Concerns", the "alternate" version does not contain any information which is obscured, due to a fold, in the original photos. Strange if it were an official copy of the original manual.
In what may be a glaring error, the "alternate" reference page is an exact copy of Dr Woods replica, albeit retyped, (which is also reproduced on page 383 of Linda's book), even including a note at the top which reads "there is some writing here". Again casting serious doubt that it is an official copy of the original manual.
Below are four image which I think illustrate the above observations quite clearly:
1) Above left: The "alternate" SOM 1-01 cover page from Source A Above Right: A photocopy of the Original Berliner cover page from LMH's book. (Note the IDENTICAL 'noise pattern').

Considering all of the above, the veracity of Source A's testimony must be re-evaluated and serious questions asked. Given that Source A has been independently confirmed as a genuine US Naval Officer, there is a very real possibility that he is engaged in a Counter Intelligence operation.
For this reason, we felt it was extemely important that this information should be distributed ASAP. Clay and Shawn are already aware of this situation and we have also contacted all of the high profile researchers who have been involved in this case.
Finally, we would like to call for restraint from our members. We are 100% satisfied that Clay and Shawn Pickering are NOT directly involved in any deception, and know that they have always had the best intentions at heart.
It is also important to note that this does not in any way affect the veracity of the original Berliner photos or the excellent work of Dr Robert and Ryan Wood.

Good investigative work guys good to see something that at least can be put back to source A ( assuming he doesnt now dry up and come up with some reason for halting, slowing or otherwise ceasing meetings) i think perhaps those on the other side if real need to consider putting something new out. We may have outflanked disinfo or perhaps some form of real info+disinfo operation.
There is a point there are leaks galore coming from all sources so even if A proves to be a dunce hat avenue in the end real info is leaking from other quarters so if its an attempt to halt the flow it aint working one iota then again perhaps source A might surprise us with some new info which never seen before can be denied by the ptb but still give us something new ?
